Nashwan News is an independent online newspaper published by the Nashwan Al-Himyari Center for Studies and Media. It primarily covers the most prominent news and topics from Yemen, along with developments, events, and issues across the wider region and the world.

Founded in 2008, the site was established to serve as a distinctive addition to Yemeni digital journalism, striving for excellence and delivering the truth to its audience—whether in Yemen, the surrounding region, or the globe—as accurately and faithfully as possible. The opinions expressed on the site reflect the views of their respective authors and do not necessarily represent the stance or opinion of the editorial board.

The name "Nashwan" pays tribute to the Yemeni historian and linguist Nashwan bin Saeed Al-Himyari, who is regarded as one of Yemen's historical icons.

Nashwan News was launched on August 25, 2008.
